Ron Griffin is an executive non-profit turnaround specialist with 12 years of experience in the non-profit sector. He co-founded three defense sector start ups (Indigen Armor Inc., Armorline Corporation, and Defense Venture Group Ltd.) which grew rapidly and were acquired by a private equity firm in 2009. Ron has nine years of active military service, including five years in the U.S. Army Special Forces. His experience ranges from business management, project management, and sales/client development, and he has held various executive leadership positions, including Executive Director, President, and Vice President. Ron has also completed education and training in philanthropy, business administration, project management, and more, making him an invaluable asset to the Brother’s Keeper team.
